Currently under construction with an estimated completion of May 15, 2010, the Heritage Cabin has approximately 1763 sq ft of living area and is conveniently located in the Oak Ridge area of Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend Resort Park.

The Heritage Cabin has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Sleeping arrangements include 3 king bedrooms, 2 downstairs (one with private bath) and the third is upstairs in the spacious open loft which includes a full bath. The third bath is downstairs and is located in the hallway. Each bedroom has it's own 27" LCD TV w/satellite programming and a Blueray DVD player. A queen sofa sleeper is provided for extra guest.

The Heritage Cabin has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a feast for your family and friends. All you need to bring is the food! There is even a gas and charcoal grill for outdoor cooking. Once the meal is prepared you'll find all the dishes and flatware needed to serve the number of guest the cabin accomodates. Afterwards just toss everything in the dishwasher and relax in the outdoor hot tub or in front of the indoor fireplace. The Heritage Cabin is a place you'll want to bring your family for many years!

A starter supply of coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, trash bags, dishwashing/dishwasher liquid and laundry soap will be provided for your stay. Additional supplies can be purchased at Frontier General Store or Preutt's Grocery in Broken Bow. Charcoal is not provided. Outdoor firepit firewood is not provided but is available for purchase & delivery. See FAQ's for info and pricing.

We Change the water in the Hot Tub after every guest so you can be assured it is fresh and clean
when you arrive.

Directions to Heritage Cabin

The Heritage Cabin is located in the Oak Ridge area of Broken Bow Lake just off hwy 259A East (also known as the Broken Bow Lake Dam Road) From Broken Bow at the intersection of Highway 3, 70, 259 travel north for 8.1 miles on Highway 259 to the 2nd 259A junction (259A EAST). Turn right on 259A East, Broken Bow Dam Road. Go approximately ¾ of a mile. Turn at the FIRST white gravel road on the right. There is a mailbox on each side of the gravel road. After turning right onto the gravel road go approximately 1 1/2 blocks to the FIRST cabin on the left. Watch for the BBCL and Heritage Cabin sign.

LIABILITY: All outdoor activities involve certain inherent risk of injury up to an including death. It is expressly understood and agreed that neither the owner nor the management company of said premises, shall be liable for any damages or injury to guest, guest's guests or their family/ies or to any of their property from whatever cause arising from the occupancy or use of the premises by guest and his family and guests. It is further understood and agreed that neither the owner nor the management company shall be responsible for any personal property left by guest in the premises. In the event property of guest is left on premises, guest may request owner or owner's agent to mail or ship property back to guest at guest's sole expense plus additional administrative fees.
