Magnolia Hill is located in Eagle Mountain just minutes away from Beavers Bend State Park and Broken Bow Lake.
Magnolia is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin with 2 levels.
Magnolia Hill is a vacation cabin in Broken Bow with a fully equipped kitchen featuring concrete counter tops and everything you need to prepare a full meal. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, flatware, cookware and everything else you'll need.
It has 2 King beds and 1 full bed and 1 twin bed with comfortable, modern furnishings. Each bedroom has a TV with DirecTV. There are 2 full bathrooms with wood counter tops, It has rock and tile layout showers.
The 2 King bedrooms are downstairs, The full and twin bed are upstairs in the Loft Area.
There are Flat Screen TVs with DVD Players and DirecTV. The Ulimate DirecTV package includes 240 channels including DirecTVMÁS ULTRA All Included Over 240 channels, including Mexicanal, UniMas, ESPN DEPORTES HD, Univision, Telemundo and local channels.
There is also Retro Video Arcade game with over 50 games. As well, as a Cornhole game outside for your family to enjoy!
The Utility Room is equipped with a washer & dryer and all laundry amenities.
There are covered decks on the front and back of the cabin to allow comfortable seating and dining. The lower Back Deck has a Hot Tub that accommodates 5-6 guests hidden below the back deck for added privacy. The Gas Grill is perfect for preparing your favorite steaks and is positioned on the main back deck. There is an outdoor Fire Pit available for that intimate setting or for a family gathering. Enjoy a little competition with the horseshoes and corn hole games just off the back deck.
Sleeps 8 total guests (adults, children & infants)
Maximum Occupancy: 8 (adults, children & infants) Exceeding maximum occupancy regardless of the age of the guest will result in additional charges and/or possible cancellation.
Pet friendly for small pets (25 lbs or less, 2 Pet Maximum). $50 Pet Fee per pet.
Larger dog breeds must be approved by office.
FREE WIFI to guests. BBCL is not responsible for speed or reliability of internet service.
Overcrowding of the cabin is not allowed.
