Double Deuce is an upgraded, family-friendly cabin perfect for small groups, large families, or corporate retreats. Situated on a 2-acre lot, it offers easy rear road access, a circular driveway, and oversized parking, making it ideal for boats, ATVs, trailers, and direct access to nearby ATV trails.

The main cabin features three king bedrooms and multiple bathrooms, while the attached 800 sq. ft. game room provides additional living space with a second kitchen, full bath, bunk beds, a sleeper sofa, and a variety of entertainment options including a pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, darts, and more.

Enjoy two covered patios designed for relaxation and gathering, complete with a hot tub, gas fireplace with TV, Blackstone grill, and outdoor dining areas. The outdoor space also includes a fire pit, swing set, and yard games such as cornhole, horseshoes, ladder ball, and disc frisbee.

Located in Timber Creek Trails South, you’re within walking distance to local favorites and just minutes from Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, dining, and attractions.

For guest convenience, the cabin is also euipped with a Generac generator to prevent unexpected power outages!
