Modern Twist is a single story Large, Luxurious, Modern Cabin that is completed with everything your family could need! You will find 4 King bedrooms with attached ensuite bathrooms, a Large Bunk room with 4 Triple Twin Bunks and a shared bathroom for the kids to use!

Modern Twist has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a feast for your family and friends. All you need to bring is the food! There is even a gas grill for outdoor cooking and propane is provided. Once the meal is prepared you'll find all the dishes and flatware needed to serve the number of guest the cabin accommodates. Afterwards just toss everything in the two dishwashers and relax in the outdoor hot tub or in front of the indoor gas fireplace!

Off the Living room you will find a game room with a Pool table and Retro Video Arcade that features of 60 games like Ms. Pacman and Glaga! Outdoors there is also plenty of things for the family and friends to do, Enjoy a Competitive game of horseshoes, sit around the fire-pit, play a game of Corn Hole, Play ground Fort provided for the kids, and SO MUCH MORE!

The outdoors of this luxurious cabin have:
A porch with a covered deck, hot tub, outdoor dining area, outdoor fireplace, Gas grill with all the utensils you need, a fire pit and lawn chairs for you and your family to sit around and enjoy the company of each other!

Modern Twist is also just a short walk to the Hochatown Strip Mall! Featuring all the Shopping and food your heart could desire! OR jump in the car and take a short 3-5 Min Drive to the Broken Bow Lake or the Beavers Bend State Park!

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN AIR MATTRESS AND BEDDING FOR 2 GUESTS.

Comfortably sleeps 22 with provided bedding.

Maximum Total Occupancy: 24 guests with PERSONAL Air mattress for extra guests (total includes adults, children and infants). Exceeding maximum total occupancy, regardless of the guests age, will result in additional charges and/or possible cancellation. Overcrowding of the cabin is not allowed.

Overall a great place to stay. Very noisy neighbors. House was clean. Was convenient to everything Broken Bow has to offer though!

We were extremely pleased with Modern Twist!!!! For the most part, it was very much like it appeared in the advertisements. Our trip included 17 people ranging in age from 19 months to 62 years old. We were there from check-in on Friday afternoon to Sunday morning check-out. There was more than enough room for us to spread out both inside and out. The back patio area was awesome; from the dining area to the hot tub; the outdoor entertainment area to the play area; from the fireplace to the fire pit!!!! The only thing that probably needs to be addressed is that most of the string lights in the backyard were not working. Only one section would come on. Although, there was still amble lighting to play corn hole but a little dark for horseshoes. That’s a simple fix! As far as feedback, it would be helpful to have more than one trash can in the bedroom/bathroom areas and perhaps wash or replace the pillows on the patio furniture. All and all….great place!!!! We would definitely stay again.
