OUTDOORS:
Looking to lounge poolside? The simply elegant in-ground pool is completely fenced, to keep the little ones safe. With an outdoor kitchen that overlooks the pool this will be a great place to relax and entertain family and friends. Papa Casa offers multiple outdoor seating areas. One area surrounds the fire-pit and is open air, another is the outdoor kitchen/cooking area with one of two hot tubs provided by the cabin, a cozy gas fireplace with TV and comfy seating. The third seating area is a covered deck which is home to the second hot tub. This area is near the playground area so adults can utilize the hot tub and while watching the kiddos in the playground area. Both hot tubs are on the ground floor. This beautiful outdoor space will provide hours of entertainment and relaxation!
LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN:
Inside Papa Casa you have a large open kitchen with Kitchen-Aid stainless steel appliances including Dishwasher, Double Oven, Refrigerator and Microwave. A hand crafted 16' island, and sprawling dining room make this the perfect cabin for cooking large meals and having the family altogether. The cabin is equipped with everything needed to prepare and serve a meal fit for a king! All this is open to the massive living room with comfy seating with recliners, floor to ceiling gas fireplace, wooden beams and so many windows! There are also multiple access points to the outdoor areas from the dining and living room area.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
The sleeping arrangements for Papa Casa includes 6 king suites with private bathrooms along with a bunk room.
1. Downstairs Bedroom - King bed, bath with shower and double sinks
2. Downstairs Bedroom - King bed, bath with shower and double sinks
3. Downstairs Bedroom - King bed, bath with soaking tub, shower and double sinks. This bedroom offers an entryway to the deck area from the bedroom.
4. Downstairs Bedroom - King bed, bath with shower and double sinks. This bedroom also has a pullout twin sleeper.
5. Upstairs Bedroom - King Bed, bath with shower. This bedroom also has a pullout twin sleeper.
6. Upstairs Bedroom - King Bed, bath with shower. This bedroom also has a pullout twin sleeper and a balcony which overlooks the living room.
7. Downstairs Bunk Room - Built in bunks. 6 twin beds and 2 full beds, full bath with tub, shower and double sinks. This bunk room has a huge closet with shelving to house all the luggage for this sleeping area.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES:
Theater Room with seating for 15 with a 1/2 bath.
Game room with Shuffleboard and Pool Table
Coffee bar w/full size refrigerator and freestanding ice maker.

Maximum Total Occupancy: 28 guests (total includes adults, children and infants). Exceeding maximum total occupancy, regardless of the guests age, will result in additional charges and/or possible cancellation. Overcrowding of the cabin is not allowed.
Pool is seasonal (mid May-the end of Oct) and are not guaranteed.
Indoor Fireplaces are seasonal. (Oct-April) and are not guaranteed.
FREE WIFI to guests. BBCL is not responsible for speed or reliability of internet service.

by Mike McGrewOur family had a spectacular time at Papa Casa! To prove how much fun we had this year we booked it again for next year the day after we arrived back home! We want to especially thank the owners of this property for deciding to provide two fantastic umbrellas for their fabulous pool. It allowed us to maximize our time around the pool every day, all day! Our family LOVED that we could all gather around the pool and visit the day away. Many thanks for that added amenity. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for our family of all different ages. What was especially nice was having four of the six king bedrooms downstairs. In addition, the bunk room worked great for our grandkids of all ages...they loved it! All in all, it created memories that our family will alway cherish and are hoping to repeat our experience more times at Papa Casa!

by Mike McGrewPapa Casa is a spectacular place for your entire family to enjoy together! The place is immaculate, has a very well laid out floor plan and their pool was beyond our expectations. The pictures on the web site are the reasons we chose Papa Casa, but our experience at the cabin is why we booked a return visit for next year, the day after we returned this year...it is THAT good! We made family memories all over this place! The six bedroom setup, in addition to the bunk room, made this perfect to accommodate our entire group comfortably. We plan on making this a family tradition and add to the priceless memories we had at Papa Casa this year!
