Welcome to Pine and Dandy where you guessed it, things really are "Pine and Dandy!"
This 4-bedroom, 4 bath cabin accommodates up to 14 guests.
Pine and Dandy is a captivating 2 story cabin that is sure to give you the feeling of seclusion and relaxation, with stunning views of the surrounding area.
Upon entering the cabin, the inviting living area has plenty of room for family and friends to gather around the gas fireplace to catch up and enjoy each other’s company.
Good memories can happen anywhere, but one of the best places to make lasting family and friends traditions is in the kitchen. Our fully stocked kitchen with beautiful stainless-steel appliances, including a double oven and gorgeous copper kitchen sink is just the place for that! The charming small stone back splash compliments the spacious island that would make a great area for an inviting breakfast spread, to go along with that is a stunning dining table that is perfect for gathering to share a meal.
Downstairs choose from 2 of the impeccable crisp clean king suites! The first suite is to the right when you enter with your own tv for your viewing while relaxing along with its very own bathroom complete with his and her sink and stunning walk-in shower! The second suite is conveniently located right off the kitchen, with your own tv for your viewing while relaxing!! Along with a conjoining door for the common bathroom with walk-in shower.
Also located downstairs right off the kitchen is a washer and dryer available for you!
Up the stairs the fun begins! A game loft complete with 2 twin size trundle bunks for the kids to share stories and rest up for the next days activities. The gaming area has a pool table, retro arcade, and shuffleboard and big screen tv sure to keep the competitive fun going for hours!
Up stairs you can choose from 2 more of the amazing king suites! To the left it is a king suite with your own tv for your viewing while relaxing! Along with conjoining door for the common bathroom with walk-in shower To the right is the last king suite with your own tv for your viewing while relaxing! Also with private bathroom complete with walk in shower!
Downstairs through the dining area and out the double doors is the spacious two tiered back deck!
This deck has any appliance you can think of to help you with the family BBQ. Choose from the gas grill, fire stone or smoker to prepare your meal and a large dining table to present your spread! Plenty of room for keeping little ones busy when grown-ups want some downtime. Corn hole, a playground fort, and a fire pit with relaxing seating perfect for cozy nights around the fireside.
As the daylight fades, sink into a rocking chair around the outdoor fireplace and watch the sun slowly dip behind the tall pines. Needing a little something extra to help destress take a relaxing dip in the hot tub and listen to the peaceful sounds of the surrounding nature!
Do not forget come morning enjoy the front porch swing and rocking chairs with a cup of coffee as you enjoy the heart stopping nostalgic still and quiet as the sun rays start to peak over the pines truly giving you that “Pine and Dandy” feeling!

Beautiful Home, Wonderful Time
by Tiffany HungerfordPine & Dandy is a gorgeous and peaceful retreat. We had such a relaxing time with our boys at the property during a long weekend stay. Everything here is so well thought out and you feel right at home. This house is spacious enough to accommodate 14 but wasn’t so large that our family of 4 felt separated, we each had our own spaces, but had a lot of together time as well. The homeowners really have considered everything you may need or want for a fun trip away. We were impressed by the grill, smoker and griddle outside. There is nothing you couldn’t cook here! My children were entertained by the outside games, swing set, and hot tub, as well as the inside game room. They loved to explore the grounds outside, and even saw a family of deer. The home is very centrally located in Hochatown and we were able to easily navigate to the state park, restaurants, grocery store, and hiking trials. The marina and several entertainment venues are nearby as well as a winery, distillery, and brewery. We highly recommend this property. The decor and interior are lovely and the property was incredibly clean. It was truly a fabulous get away.
