Rowdy Raccoon offers an idyllic couples' retreat nestled within Nature's Playground, a stone's throw from the North 259A entrance to Beavers Bend State Park. This charming one-bedroom cabin provides a serene escape, surrounded by the abundant wildlife that calls the area home. A small, private pond, stocked with Bluegill Perch and Catfish, invites guests to relax by its tranquil waters. Whether unwinding around the fire pit or soaking in the hot tub under a starlit sky, Rowdy Raccoon promises a peaceful and rejuvenating experience for outdoor enthusiasts.

Designed for romance, the cabin features a cozy King bed and an indoor gas fireplace, creating a warm and intimate atmosphere. Entertainment is readily available with a large flat screen TV, DVD player, and Direct TV programming. The well-stocked kitchen ensures convenience, providing all the necessary cookware and dining essentials. Linens and towels are also provided, along with a starter supply of firewood for those cozy evenings.

Peaceful and cozy getaway!

My husband and I stayed at the Rowdy Racoon in late October. It was absolutely wonderful. Perfect size cabin for just the 2 of us. It was so peaceful. The bed was firm but comfortable. The pond had a beautiful colored fountain which added to the serenity. The hot tub was just what we needed after a day of exploring. Cabin was easy to find and close to town, without feeling close to town. Check in and check out process could not have been easier! We will be back!!

Restful at Rowdy Raccoon

The cabin is as pictured. No surprises. We loved the central location too. Remote, but close to everything. The architecture and decor were fabulous. We loved sitting on the back porch with a fire going and listening to the fountain in the pond or relaxing in the hot tub after a long hike. We didn't experience any problems and the management company was helpful when we had questions. Would stay here again!

Great Cabin

My husband and I, along with our dog, loved this cabin. It was the perfect size for us and the location was great. It\'s very close to Beavers Bend as well as local restaurants while still being in a quiet area. The back porch was great - hot tub with a beautiful view overlooking the pond. The cabin was clean and well stocked when we arrived. We would stay here again for sure.

A lovely cabin

We loved this quaint little cabin- especially the back porch with fireplace, overlooking the pond. It has a well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and great shower. Would stay here again.
