Absoultely perfect house for our family vacation (mom, dad and 2 sons). We were so late arriving and it was so nice pulling up to the house with lightsd on everywhere. Perfect was to start our stay. Everything is so clean and beds so comfy and everyone having their bathrooms was a huge plus. We will definitely be staying at Shooting Star again! Thank you!

Beautiful cabin! The kids really loved the pool table, arcade games and shuffle board games. The beds and bedding is super comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

 This cabin made me feel like i was at home beacuse cabins technically this place or at least any cabin are my happy place. So far I have had so many good momories here. And one more thing whoever comes here next this will be fun for you.

Thank you! Our stay was wonderful. So many fun memories made with our family last week. The cabin was beautiful, well stocked and comfortable for all. I was glad we had such an amazing cabin especially since the weather was so wet. We were able to stay and watch movies, play games, and just visit in a comfortable setting. It was perfect.

Pictures did not do the cabin justice. Such beautiful wood detail and our 2 girls were in love when they saw the upstairs bunk room. Very spacious and plenty of room to roam and amenities for all ages. Every room is like a master suite. Great rental and simply loved everything. Well maintained, clean and nicely furnished. Kids had a lot of fun playing outside and loved the wrap around deck as well as the extra large hot tub. Can\'t wait to go back to this little piece of heaven.

We stayed at shooting star cabin with our grandkids and had an amazing time even though it was raining the whole time. There is so much to do inside and outside the cabin for everyone! Pool table, shuffle board, retro arcade games, board games, and hot tub, corn hole and horse shoes outside. There was also a nice firepit large enough to fit everyone with plenty of room to make smores. We highly recommend this cabin!

This place was a pampered experience surrounded in 3300 sf of blue pine at Shooting Star cabin. What stood out to me the most was the true rustic character of the wood that boasts striking protruding knots on the vertical columns. My favorite part of the house was the game loft and the upstairs children’s. The grey stained bunk beds with two twins on top and two full size beds on bottom, gave my kiddos a different bed to sleep in each night we were there! The game loft has an old school arcade, a shuffle board, and a pool table. All of which are in excellent condition. My kids loved coming across the different games and toys stashed around the cabin throughout our stay. It is obvious that the owners have families in mind. From rain showers and two person bathtubs to a wrap around porch and an outdoor fireplace we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. Read more details of our stay. This cabin is breathtaking, our families had so much fun here! The kids never got bored, ages 3-17, and that says something. We just hung out and enjoy the games and hot tub. It was so relaxing and fun! I would highly recommend this cabin! You would not regret it! Also the beds are so comfortable and the bathrooms are amazing! This is such a beautiful cabin and none of us wanted to go home.

We stayed for several days at Shooting Star and it was like staying at a five star hotel....all accomodations were excellent and the room was very cozy and inviting. You can\'t beat the views especially enjoying them from tje wonderful wrap around porch. WILL definitely becplanning a trip back soon!
