The Yellow Brook Road is a creekside, high-end luxury cabin that sleeps 20 comfortably in 5 king bedrooms, 1 bunkroom, and 5 full baths.
This hidden paradise boasts an elegant, fully equipped kitchen, living room with 20-foot ceilings and gray stone fireplace, loft with extra seating and games, a covered front porch and rear deck, and a unique outdoor pest misting system so you can enjoy your time mosquito free-ish!
The dining area alone seats 10 comfortably at a full-size table and 4-person black granite bar.
Just off the dining area is a king suite with TV and large private bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. As the main suite, this bathroom also offers a laundry closet with washer and dryer. On the opposite side of the main level, you will find another king bedroom with bath access off the hall, and a second king suite with private bath.
Two additional king suites cap off the second floor of the cabin. One features a TV and fully private bath. The second suite has a walk-in shower and bath that can also be accessed from the hallway. Every bedroom features high-end luxury mattresses, and smart TVs to ensure your utmost comfort.
The second-floor loft is an ideal place to unwind, relax, play one of over 60 arcade games, and maybe generate a little family competition on the beautiful indoor shuffleboard table. Past the loft, opposite the two king suites, is an amazing bunkroom with 2 full beds, 2 twin XLs, and 2 twins and 2 trifold full beds for extra sleeping.
Outside you’ll enjoy the spectacular views and sounds of a flowing brook and meandering deer, all while relaxing under a spacious covered deck with cozy sectional seating and a second fireplace for outdoor snuggling. This little oasis offers outdoor games, a large flatscreen TV for the “big games”, both a gas grill and griddle, a hot tub off one end, and an abundance of addition dining space.
Down the stairs toward the brook is a fire pit with Adirondack chairs for fire gazing, ghost stories, and probably s’mores. The little ones can also get away through make-believe on their own cozy-cottage playground.
Regardless of what draws you here, experience all Hochatown has to offer from this
comfortable cabin by the brook, which is also conveniently located near all the best
restaurants, activities, and park amenities such as hiking, fishing, kayaking, and canoeing.
If you time your arrival just right, as the sun begins to set over the Ouachita National Forest, you’ll experience an enchanted opportunity to follow the reflective, amber glow of the flowing brook that winds its way behind this unique getaway – “follow the yellow brook road”. If you miss that window, you may just have to follow the train of deer that somehow make this little haven their preferred stop before bedding down for the night.

This cabin was great for our large group of friends and children. The outside set up is wonderful, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful cabin, would stay again.
