NON-REFUNDABLE fees for a wedding are:
Up to 50 guests – $1000
Up to 100 guests- $2000
Up to 150 guests – $4000

IF there are over 50 guests, we will also require a REFUNDABLE $500 deposit. Deposit will be refunded after checkout once the cabin has been inspected for damage and if excessive cleaning is needed.

All our properties are privately owned and require owner approval. Once we have approval, guests must pay wedding fee payment (and refundable deposit if over 50 guests) along with the deposit. If the reservation is cancelled outside of the arrival window that amount will be refunded. That is the only instance that the wedding fee is refundable.

We must have proof of special event insurance (please contact the office for any questions). We must have that before we send keycode and directions email along with our normal policy page, guest list and ID. This insurance can be obtained through your local insurance agent, or we can recommend someone local if preferred.
