Newly built beautiful blue gray cabin. Offers 5-bedroom 5.5 bathroom with Hot tub! Nestled in the hills of Timber Creek Trails nearby Broken Bow Lake, boasts touches of lake themed décor throughout the 4,700 square foot lodge. The vaulted ceilings and a wide-open floor plan make the main living area spacious and connected. Large picture windows bring the views of the woods to the comfort of the couch, and a beautiful chandelier hanging in the center of the room adds an elegant touch to the main area. A gas fireplace sits below a large screen TV on the wooden mantel — perfect for a family movie night!

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you might need for making a delicious home cooked meal including some basic spices and dishwashing soaps. Commercial grade appliances throughout the kitchen makes the cooking process a breeze. Everyone will be eager to gather around the large custom-built dining, but when the views are this nice, you just might want to eat outside! Out on the covered back deck is cushioned outdoor seating and two large picnic tables right next to the BBQ grill.

Living Water sleeps up to eighteen people. There are four spacious king bedrooms, each with its own private full bathroom attached. The master bathroom also has a garden tub available. Downstairs off of the game room is another bedroom that has 2 bunk beds. Each bunk has a queen-sized mattress on top and a queen-sized mattress on the bottom. Another full bathroom serves this bedroom’s guests as well as the game room. An extra queen size sleeper sofa on the main floor ensures everyone staying in the cabin a comfortable place to sleep each night!

This cabin is PET FRIENDLY for 25lbs or less with a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE fee.
Large dogs subject to additional Pet Fees and require office approval. 2 pet maximum

Maximum Occupancy: 18 (adults, children and infants) Exceeding Maximum Occupancy results in additional charges or cancellation, regardless of guests age, NO exceptions.

NICE PLACE TO STAY

WE VISITED THIS PROPERTY FOR MY MOTHERS BIRTHDAY. EVERYTHING WAS SUPER AMAZING PLENTY OF SPACE CLEAN AND VERY COZY. WE ARE ALREADY TRYING TO PLAN OUR NEXT STAY HERE. I WOULD LIKE TO RECOMMEND TO THE OWNERS OF THIS PROPERTY THAT ALL THE BENCHES BE NAILED DOWN IT WAS NOT SAFE TO SEAT ON. EVEYONE THAT SAT DOWN ALMOST FELL. AND THE VIDEO GAMES DIDNT WORK. THE HILL TO GET TO THE CABIN FOR MY MOM WAS VERY SCARY SHE HAD A PANIC ATTACK. BUT OVER ALL I GIVE THIS CABIN A 5 STARS.

Beautiful house and location!

This cabin was a was a great getaway for my family (6 adults, 4 children). There was plenty of space for everyone: adults all got their own king suites, and kids loved the bunkbed room. Kitchen/dining space was great for a crowd. The location was a bit more picturesque as it was more remote, verses being right off the highway. You drive down these huge hills to get to your cabin. The space was very clean and comfortable! I would definitely stay here again!
